Mabie House Hotel sits within it’s own beautiful grounds and gardens in the heart of Mabie Forest, a short drive from nearby Dumfries town centre on the Solway coast hugging A710 road. Our friendly reception staff are on hand to assist, or you can get in touch with us via email any time day or night.
Mabie House Hotel is situated within Mabie Forest, tucked just off the A710 between Dumfries and New Abbey – a short 3.5 mile drive from the centre of town.
Leave the town on the A710 New Abbey Road, passing the Rugby Club on your right and through the small village of Islesteps. Pass the signpost for our neighbours at Mabie Farm Park and turn right into the forest just as you approach a sharp left-hand bend. We’re about ½ mile up the long, sweeping driveway, just past the main forest car park on your right.
Guests are welcome to park for free in the hotel grounds.
