Our licence permits us to conduct wedding and civil partnership ceremonies within the hotel or on the lawns, and our beautiful gardens provide the perfect backdrop for your wedding photographs.

Please feel free to come to Mabie House Hotel near Dumfries for an informal chat about your Scottish country wedding and have a look at our Function Rooms, grounds and the facilities we have to offer. Whilst you are here we can show you the photographs of other weddings we’ve catered for and our wedding co-ordinator will discuss any special requirements or take a look now at our latest wedding gallery.

Accommodation

For those looking to stay over we offer a range of fourteen guest bedrooms, most of which ensuite and a choice of two bridal or honeymoon suites, complete with private lounge areas to kick back and relax in before, during and after your big day.

We have ample free parking available and a choice of breakfasts are provided for all staying guests the next morning – with a choice of breakfasts available.
